In the winter of 1994, the city of Hampton, Virginia, was rocked by a senseless act of violence that claimed the life of one of its own. Hampton Police Officer Kenneth Wallace, a 29-year-old man and a seven-year veteran of the force, was ambushed and fatally wounded on the night of February 21st.
