Kenneth Earl "Kenny" Wallace, a 29-year-old patrolman with the Hampton Police Division in Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 25, 1994. Wallace was ambushed on the night of February 21, 1994, while on duty in the Wythe area of Hampton. He was sitting in his marked police unit when he was shot in the face and head at close range by three individuals.
