Michael Lovelace, a 25-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 27, 2013. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. on Milford Avenue in the Wythe neighborhood of Hampton. Lovelace was attending a party when an argument broke out between him and another man, Brandon Xavier Coles. The confrontation escalated, resulting in Coles shooting Lovelace. When police arrived at the scene, they found Lovelace had been fatally shot, and he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
