Kare Stallings, an 18-year-old from Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2015. Stallings was found with multiple gunshot wounds behind the Y.H. Thomas Community Center on Thomas Street around 8:30 p.m. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. Stallings was remembered as a devoted father, son, and brother, with a promising future ahead of him.
