In the early morning hours of November 10, 2018, the life of 27-year-old Treviyon Lamonta Hill of Smithfield, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Inside a residence on the 900 block of North King Street in Hampton, Hill was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the arrival of emergency responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The events of that morning were chaotic and unfolded in two separate but connected incidents.
