Kenneth J. Wilson, a 20-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2013, in a double shooting incident at a popular skate park located at Mercury Boulevard and Woodland Road. The incident occurred around 3:57 p.m. when police received calls about a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found two men, Kenneth J. Wilson and Donivan K.
