Kareem B. Harley, a 40-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2021. The incident occurred in the 100 block of Water Way around 5:45 p.m. According to reports, an altercation took place in a parking lot, which escalated and resulted in Harley being struck by gunfire.
