DeShawn Marcel "Shawn" Powell, a 20-year-old from Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2021. Powell was born on March 7, 2001, and grew up in Newport News, Virginia. He was known for his energetic and charismatic personality, and he was a dedicated fan of the New Orleans Saints.
