Kevin Randolph Buie, aged 43, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2016, in Hampton, Virginia. Kevin, affectionately known as "Randy," was born on June 18, 1973, in Hampton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raleigh Holley and Delores Buie. Kevin is survived by his fiancée, Tanisha White, his children, Cortez Dooley and Kavon Buie, and one grandchild, Malanie Dooley.
