Jaquan Tisdale, an 18-year-old from Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on February 10, 2020. The incident occurred inside a commercial building located in the first block of Research Drive. According to reports, the shooting took place around 4:37 p.m., and Tisdale was pronounced dead at the scene.
