Breyon Christian Rooks, known as 'Breezy,' was a 21-year-old man from Hampton, Virginia, whose life was cut short on Friday, August 12, 2016. On that evening, police were called to the 1800 block of Walkers Landing Lane at 10:38 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Breyon Rooks suffering from a single gunshot wound.
