Keenan Elijahwa Kelly, a 24-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2015, due to multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred during a shootout between the occupants of two vehicles in the 1600 block of E. Pembroke Avenue. Kelly was believed to have been inside one of the vehicles involved in the exchange of gunfire. Shortly after the shooting, he arrived at Sentara Careplex with severe injuries and succumbed to them later that evening.
