On a quiet Father's Day in Roy, Utah, a deeply disturbing event unfolded, leaving a family of four dead in what authorities would later describe as a murder-suicide. Among the victims was two-year-old Blake Smith, a Caucasian male, who died on June 21, 2015. The tragedy was discovered late that Sunday night when a concerned relative, unable to get in touch with the family, went to their home and found a horrific scene.
