On a cold January evening in Hampton, Virginia, the life of 35-year-old Terence L. Williams was tragically cut short. On January 17, 2020, Williams, a resident of Newport News, was in the 2200 block of Kecoughtan Road when gunfire erupted. He was discovered in a parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
