Maalik Shaheed Payne, a 24-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2021. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. in the 1500 block of North King Street, where a shooting took place. Upon arrival, officers found Maalik Payne suffering from gunshot wounds.
