Gregory Blythe, a 40-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on October 19, 2019, in Hampton, Virginia. Blythe was found sitting in a car on West Pembroke Avenue around 4:15 a.m. when he was fatally shot. He was a devoted husband and father of five children, and his death left his family and community in deep mourning.
