Sami Talab Salaymeh, a 27-year-old man from Hanover Park, Illinois, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on June 6, 2016, in Chicago's South Loop. Sami, who was of Middle Eastern descent, was sitting in the passenger seat of a friend's car near East 24th and South Michigan Avenue around 4 a.m. when the shooting occurred.
