Donzell Bailey, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 1, 2021, in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago, IL. He was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his forehead outside an apartment building in the 6800 block of South Ridgeland Avenue around 8:25 a.m. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed his identity and pronounced him dead at the scene.
