In the early afternoon of September 26, 2021, a confrontation at an apartment complex in Hampton, Virginia, turned deadly, claiming the life of Antwan Shyquann Miller. A 25-year-old Black man from the neighboring city of Newport News, Miller was found by police suffering from a gunshot wound in the first block of Triple Crown Court. The call reporting the shooting came in at approximately 12:48 p.m., and upon their arrival, officers discovered Miller, who was pronounced deceased at the scene. ...
