Donivan K. Walker Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Hampton, Virginia, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2013. Walker, a 2012 graduate of Hampton High School, was one of the victims in a double shooting incident that occurred at a popular skate park on Mercury Boulevard and Woodland Road in Hampton.
