On January 19, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Hampton, Virginia, resulting in the death of 65-year-old Elliot Tubbs. The Hampton Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 4:25 a.m. in the 700 block of Hemlock Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Elliot Tubbs inside a residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
