Paris Bennett, a 21-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2013. He was shot in the area of Dresden Drive and Adams Drive. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident left the community in shock and prompted a swift investigation by the Newport News Police Department.
