On a Sunday evening in Newport News, Virginia, the life of 31-year-old Shawn Grayson was tragically cut short. On November 27, 2022, officers were called to the scene of a shooting in the 700 block of 37th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Grayson suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
