Alex Tremaine Rell Perkins, a 25-year-old resident of Henrico, Virginia, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2013. On the evening of November 15, 2013, Henrico Police responded to a reported firearms violation in the 7000 block of Hunt Club Lane. Upon arrival, they discovered Alex Perkins lying face down in a pool of blood next to a parked vehicle. It was determined that he had been shot, and his death was classified as a homicide.
