Jovante Tyshaun Montague, a 19-year-old resident of Henrico, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 31, 2020. Montague was found lying in the roadway on North Daisy Avenue in Highland Springs, suffering from a gunshot wound. Henrico Police responded to the scene around 5 a.m. and pronounced him dead upon arrival. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of Halloween, adding a somber note to the community's festivities.
