In the early morning hours of Halloween in 2020, the body of 19-year-old Jovante Tyshaun Montague was discovered lying in a roadway in Henrico, Virginia. Authorities were alerted to the grim finding in the Highland Springs area and responded to the scene. It was soon determined that the young male had been shot.
