Death by Force

Joseph Baldwin, a 22-year-old resident of Henrico, Virginia, was tragically killed on May 4, 2020. The incident occurred in the 5000 block of Millers Lane, where police responded to a firearm violation at approximately 2:09 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Baldwin's body, which was subsequently transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for further examination.
