In the early morning hours of March 29, 2024, a deadly scene unfolded inside a business on Nine Mile Road in Henrico, Virginia. When Henrico Police responded to a call of a firearm violation at approximately 5:02 a.m., they discovered the bodies of two men who had been shot to death. One of the victims was identified as 31-year-old Jermarlo Tisdale of Richmond, a Black male. The other victim was 36-year-old Rufus Witcher of Henrico.
