Death by Force

On March 29, 2024, at approximately 5:02 a.m., Henrico Police responded to a reported firearm violation in the 900 block of Nine Mile Road in Henrico County, Virginia. Upon entering a business at the location, officers discovered two deceased males. The victims were later identified as Jermarlo Tisdale, 31, of Richmond, and Rufus Witcher, 36, of Henrico.
