William Herman Winston Jr., aged 23, was found deceased on March 12, 1986, in Henrico County, Virginia. His body was discovered under a bridge off Bickerstaff Road by Henrico Police. The Medical Examiner's Office later identified the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds. This tragic incident marked him as the first murder victim in Henrico County for that year.
