In the quiet suburbs of Henrico, Virginia, the life of 27-year-old David Overton Agurs was tragically cut short on a spring day. On May 14, 2015, police responded to a call in a cul-de-sac on Art Avenue, where they discovered Agurs suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
