On a summer evening in 2007, the life of 19-year-old Michael Tatum was tragically cut short in a burst of violence. The young man was inside an apartment in the 300 block of East Beal Street in Henrico, Virginia, on June 22nd when the unthinkable happened. At least two individuals forced their way into the residence and opened fire on the people inside.
