In the late summer of 2019, the community of Varina in Henrico County, Virginia, was shaken by a sudden and tragic event that resulted in the death of a beloved local man. Steven Ray Seay, a 47-year-old Caucasian male known affectionately as 'Stevie,' was fatally shot outside his home on Monahan Road on the afternoon of September 3, 2019.
