Steven Ray Seay, a 47-year-old Caucasian male known affectionately as 'Stevie,' was fatally shot outside his home on Monahan Road on the afternoon of September 3, 2019. Seay, an employee at Seay's Termite & Pest Control, was remembered for his kind and generous nature, as well as an infectious smile that left a lasting impression on those he met. He was a family man, survived by his son, fiancée, father, and siblings.

Henrico Police arrested Steven's nephew, 26-year-old James Thomas Seay Jr., in connection with the shooting.
