On a cold January evening in 2020, the life of 30-year-old Rico Rashad Robinson was tragically cut short in Henrico, Virginia. On January 3rd, police responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of Airport Place. Upon their arrival, they discovered Robinson near a front door, suffering from gunshot wounds.
