In the pre-dawn hours of December 18, 2024, a dispute in a Fairburn, Georgia home escalated to a fatal conclusion, leaving two men dead. One of the victims was 35-year-old Tijuan L. Heard, a Black male. The incident unfolded in the Lakes at Cedar Grove community on Bellmist Drive.
