In the late afternoon of a December day in Henrico, Virginia, tragedy struck, leaving a family to mourn and a community unsettled. Anthony R. Sweat, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot on December 28, 2021. The incident occurred at an apartment complex, where the sound of gunfire shattered the daily rhythm of the neighborhood. When Henrico Police responded to the scene, they found Sweat suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene. ...
