In the late afternoon of a December day in Henrico, Virginia, tragedy struck, leaving a family to mourn and a community unsettled. Anthony R. Sweat, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot on December 28, 2021. The incident occurred at an apartment complex, where the sound of gunfire shattered the daily rhythm of the neighborhood.
