Death by Force

Maurice Thomas, a 19-year-old from Henrico, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 22, 2007. On that fateful day, Maurice was one of three victims inside an apartment located in the 300 block of East Beal Street when at least two suspects forcibly entered and opened fire. Maurice was transported to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries, while another victim, Michael Tatum, died at the scene. A third victim was also shot but survived.
