In the spring of 2015, the life of Justin Gabriel Rogers, a 22-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On the night of March 28th, in the Coventry Garden Apartments on Newbridge Circle in Henrico, Virginia, events unfolded that would end in Rogers' untimely death. Responding to reports of gunfire, Henrico Police arrived at the scene to find a grim discovery. Rogers had sustained obvious trauma and, despite any efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead.
