On the evening of November 29, 2022, 17-year-old Durell Brown Jr. of Richmond, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Walmart located near Parham and Quioccasin Roads in Henrico County. Earlier that evening, Brown had informed his mother that he was going to visit his girlfriend and then head to a music studio. He never made it home.
