Durell Brown Jr., a 17-year-old from Richmond, VA, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2022. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Walmart located near Parham and Quioccasin Road in Henrico County. On the evening of the incident, Brown Jr. had told his mother, LaTisha Vaughan, that he was going to see his girlfriend and then head to a music studio. Unfortunately, he never returned home. Vaughan received the devastating news from Henrico Police later that night.
