In the quiet neighborhood of Highland Springs, on the evening of April 23, 2023, the life of 37-year-old Trevell Hosea Archer, a Black male from Henrico, Virginia, was tragically cut short. Henrico County Police were called to the 700 block of Pleasant Street, near an elementary school, around 8 p.m. following multiple reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered Archer suffering from gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
