Lorenzo Harris, a 24-year-old Black man, was tragically shot and killed on the night of Monday, August 11, 2014, in Henrico, Virginia. The incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. in the parking lot of the Azalea Garden Apartments located in the 3700 block of Delmont Street in eastern Henrico County.
