Kahli Percy Andrews, a 26-year-old man from Henrico, Virginia, died after a midafternoon shooting on May 27, 2026. The violence unfolded around 3:11 p.m. in the 0 block of North Fern Avenue, near Nine Mile Road, in the Varina Magisterial District of Henrico County. When officers arrived, they found Andrews unresponsive in the roadway, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries were too severe, and he later died.
