Allen J. Ripka, aged 33, was tragically found deceased on February 11, 1998, in his residence located in Henrico County, Virginia. The case, which also involved the death of Shelly T. Schantz, aged 36, has remained unsolved for over two decades. Both victims were discovered inside their home on Sleepy Duck Road, having been shot execution-style. The nature of the crime suggested that the perpetrator or perpetrators were possibly known to the victims.
