On the evening of May 19, 2022, chaos erupted in a Henrico County neighborhood just outside of Richmond, Virginia, forever altering the lives of those connected to Deonte Deron Price. Around 9:30 p.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night on the 3800 block of Delmont Street, sending residents scrambling for safety.
