Michael Raymond Bailey, Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Sandston, Virginia, tragically lost his life on the night of July 20, 2014. Bailey was shot while standing outside the McDonald's restaurant located on Nine Mile Road in Henrico County. He was transported to VCU Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
