Carter Lee Coley Jr., a 17-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on November 14, 2014, in Toledo, OH. Carter was a senior at Woodward High School and an active varsity football player who played as a linebacker and running back. He was known for his dedication to the sport and was recognized as a 2nd team All City linebacker.
