Sheymarr Noble, a 22-year-old man from Toledo, OH, was tragically shot and killed on May 25, 2014. The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Joffre Avenue, where a midday shooting also left three other individuals injured. The police initially charged Tyler Jones, 19, with murder and three counts of felonious assault, but later dropped the charges against him.
