Sheymarr Noble, a 22-year-old man from Toledo, OH, was tragically shot and killed on May 25, 2014. The incident occurred in the 2100 block of Joffre Avenue, where a midday shooting also left three other individuals injured. The police initially charged Tyler Jones, 19, with murder and three counts of felonious assault, but later dropped the charges against him. Instead, Michael Gaston, also 19, was charged with Noble's murder. Gaston was described as a black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 215 pound ...
