Joel Brown, a 29-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically passed away on March 26, 2017. He was shot by his neighbor, 77-year-old Gordon Hutson, following an argument. The incident occurred on the 700 block of Chesbrough Street in East Toledo. Brown was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the back and was later pronounced dead at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.
