Tavon D. Fields, an 18-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically lost his life on May 14, 2022. He was shot and killed in the 1800 block of Brame Place near Matlack Avenue. Fields was taken to Toledo Hospital with a gunshot wound, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. Another victim, 17-year-old Reginald Foster, was also shot but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
