In the early morning hours of November 5, 2015, the body of 19-year-old Justin Cregger Dean, a White male, was discovered in the parking lot of the Cypress Point Shopping Center on Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Police had initially responded to a call for a cardiac arrest around 7:15 a.m., but upon arrival, it was evident that the young man had died from a gunshot wound.
