Clayton Thomas, a 41-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, was tragically killed on December 27, 2015, in Portsmouth, Virginia. The incident occurred inside a Wendy's restaurant located at 3904 Victory Blvd. According to reports, Thomas was found in the bathroom of the restaurant with a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
