In the quiet city of Danville, Virginia, a tragedy unfolded on the night of September 28, 2017, forever altering the lives of a local family. Louis Isaiah 'BG' Glenn, a 23-year-old Black male, was found lying unresponsive in the middle of Moffett Street. Responding emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound to his upper body. A Danville resident and a high school graduate, Glenn was known to have worked as a custodian.
