On the evening of August 3, 2019, 41-year-old Michael Shane Nelson, a male, was found deceased in a home in Stafford County, Virginia. Deputies from the Stafford County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call and discovered Mr. Nelson and a woman in an upstairs bedroom, both having sustained gunshot wounds.
